Our take
I tried the Shadow Turf 3 in size 12 and the high-top design caught my eye. It provides more ankle coverage than typical turf shoes, which I liked for lateral movements. The synthetic upper is durable but felt a bit stiff out of the box. Traction on turf was good—no slipping. The cushioning is reasonable for short games, but for longer sessions I wanted more support. The multicolor look is fun, though the materials don't breathe well. For $65, it's a decent option if you prefer high tops, but there are more breathable choices. Not my first pick for serious play.
